Welcome to Procurn, operated by Procurn India Pvt. Ltd. (“Procurn,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our taxi booking application and website (procurn.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.

2. Use of Services

  • For Riders: Procurn provides a platform to book rides from verified drivers.
  • For Drivers: Procurn connects drivers with riders who need transportation.
  • You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Any misuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity may lead to immediate suspension.

3. Payment and Pricing

  • Riders agree to pay the fare as displayed at the time of booking.
  • Payment methods include credit/debit cards, wallets, and other available options.
  • Any dispute regarding charges must be raised within 7 days.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Riders may cancel a ride before a driver accepts, free of charge.
  • Cancellation after driver acceptance may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

  • Users must respect drivers, riders, and Procurn staff.
  • Harassment, abuse, or illegal activities will not be tolerated.
  • Drivers must maintain a safe and lawful driving environment.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

  • Procurn acts as a technology platform and is not responsible for the actions of drivers or riders.
  • We are not liable for delays, accidents, or losses arising from ride services.
  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
